Stap 1: Beoordeling & snelle reactie
Na je sollicitatie duiken we meteen in je profiel en kijken we naar de aansluiting met de rol. Ons streven? Je binnen twee werkdagen te voorzien van inhoudelijke feedback.
Stap 2: Eerste telefonische intake
Een van onze recruiters neemt contact met je op voor een korte intake. Een mooi, informeel eerste contactmoment om kennis te maken.
Stap 3: Het inhoudelijke gesprek
We nodigen je uit voor een gesprek met twee (senior) collega's. Zo krijg je een eerlijk beeld van de functie én leer je direct je toekomstige team kennen.
Stap 4: Het assessment
Voor de meeste functies volgt een kort, actueel assessment. Dit is een mooie kans om te laten zien wat je in huis hebt en hoe je praktische vraagstukken aanpakt.
Stap 5: De definitieve klik
Tijd voor een laatste gesprek met je aanstaande leidinggevende. Wel zo fijn om samen vast te stellen of de match er van beide kanten is.

Dawn Technology was born when MyBit, based in Hilversum, joined forces with investor Vortex. Through a buy-and-build strategy, we’re strengthening the Dutch software sector. We work completely independently of specific technologies: with all stacks and specialisms in-house, we always choose what best fits your challenge.
Meanwhile, we continue to grow through new partners and areas of expertise. In doing so, we help the Netherlands experience flawless day-to-day moments – enabled by technology so reliable, you hardly notice it’s there.
